Pros

-The opportunity to advance into a management level opportunity within 9-18 months -performance-based promotions -Continued growth in both office locations and divisions -Competitive salary and opportunity for unlimited earnings potential -Great benefits and incentives (Medix Fit gym membership reimbursement, Cabo incentive trip, stock option plans, etc.) -Culture: young, fun, but professional dynamic -only promote from within the company -Mentor/Leadership ability -Opportunity to learn more about either the Life Sciences, IT, or Professional Services sectors and build relationships with individuals in these industries -great initial and on-going training

Cons

-hours can be long at times but there is usually a reason for that...we opporate based on satisfying client needs so we do whatever it takes to get the job done but the reward for that is putting people to work and making the commission from that -while working with people is great, it can sometimes be really frustrating and difficult because you don't have control over the sitution

Pros

I started with Medix in January; from day one everyone in my office has been there to help me out and to make sure I am comfortable doing the job. During the first 90 days you get to work 9-6pm which is great for some people to get adjusted to the schedule ( I came from a job that I worked 7am-7pm everyday so the hours have been fine to me). Also during your first 90 days you also get 2 reviews with your account manager so you can track your progress and make sure to focus on your weakness' and turn them to your strengths. After your 90 days is up you work 7:30-6pm and get to leave early 2 days a week to go to the gym (which is awesome because you don't really feel like going when you get home at 6:30pm). Every Monday you meet with your account manager to go over the previous week which is really good to help keep you on track to get into the sales training program. Whats also really cool is that Medix just came out with a professional career path for recruiters and sales people so they continue to build the great teams they already have. Finally you get to leave early on Friday's, which as anyone knows is awesome on a Friday!

Cons

The hours do get long but you work with a great team so it helps make it easier at work. If you aren't prepared to work hard this job isn't for you.

Pros

There are several things about Medix that make it a great place to work. It is very much a family oriented environment, anytime you ever need anything whether it be guidence, support, what the next step should be there is always someone to talk to. There is extreme growth potential within the company and a lot different career paths to take. They have recently changed incentive/salary plans that make the hard work all the more worth while. Overall I have loved my time working for Medix.

Cons

The hours can get to be a bit long. The staffing industry is certainly a grind and I'm not sure if there is anyway Medix could change that in order to be a strong competitor.
