Pros

Everyone will say the people are great. The office is pretty young. The training is great and they'll hire you with no experience if you present a great work ethic and dedication.

Cons

The retention rate is low as at least 2 people quit or are fired every month. The company's core values will be used in order to corerce you into working more hours even if you're hitting your required metrics. The manger has stated that she cannot be professional because this company is her life, as a result, everything is taken personally. Compared to competitors we're paid lower the commission offerred is not competitive. Because it is a smaller office compared to competitors, you'll do the work of 2-3 recruiters.

Pros

Good people overall. They all want to do well and succeed.

Cons

7:34am was considered being late. Not showing up to the office on a few Saturday's a month is considered a no-no. Forgetting to shave one day was the equivalent of the Cuban missile crisis. The pay was below market standards.

Pros

Young and enthusiasts peers, fun out of office activities and great stepping stone job. Great first job out of college.

Cons

One of the most abusive and sexist work environments I’ve worked in. I was verbally abused daily from my direct manager for situations that were out of my control. Office manager had a short temper and would raise his voice and verbally abuse staff if numbers weren’t to his standards. Until you were producing numbers management didn’t invest any time in you. Very superficial environment. Had to be in business professional everyday and if the management didn’t think you looked good they would be sure to make a comment..... we work in front of a computer all day . When I left I was guilted and told I would find a better opportunity and would regret my decision. Also, extremely low pay and work ungodly hours.
