3, Will not share any appreciation but will cut cost even before the lockdown
4, Multiple users who were part of Medusind were left even without any sorce of income for more than 6 months
5, Medusind will grow, Medusind will open new location if profitable. But your salary won't grow even if you are 5 rated.
6, Getting 5 rating in Medusind appraisal is like getting oscar for salman khan movie.... Even if u get 5... U will get 2000rs.... When asked management they will casually say HR desion. When we ask HR that is management desion. When we ask who is management, they will say you are confused.
7, No extend or weekend or holiday incentive even if you work for them in lockdown.
8, No appraisal or promotion for 2020. Management doesn't speak about this. When you ask about this they will cut the pay.
9, They will cut the salary and will not say when they will release the hold money.
10, Only recently they started to give reimbursement for internet bill.
11, They will think IT team as a robot and ask them to do 24 hrs shift.
12, They have few staff who master in cost cutting. Will hesitate to provide door to door delivery of computer for new users.
