Doesn't seem so much to say as pros as they call you when they need you and they don't when they don't have work even if you are in need of some extra bucks.

Cons

Company will stop the payment the moment they come to know that projects are no longer there. Ahmedabad HR won't tell you everything you need to know, they will try to hold you by not giving the information about the policies and they won't even pay you if there's no work.

Top management are non-medical and non-technical.. Especially AVP doesn't have teachical knowledge for the processes which are under authority..
