Cons
There's no little to no room for advancement. No pay raises either no matter how long and loyal you've been to the company! It's family owned so you can imagine the nepotism! Owners and management were terrible and abusive of the staff having us work late hours which was awfully exhausting, then require us to work over the weekend!
I was doing way more than my job description for far less than I deserved. Whenever I asked about a raise, I was met with excuses and vague promises. The workload only got heavier, but recognition never followed. It felt like I was being taken advantage of.
Insurance. Other than that, the company is a mess.
Cons
Bad work environment and culture at the leadership level. Management is highly unjust and inconsiderate. They give promotions, preferring their favorites over an individual's skills, talents, hard work and results. Don't bother offering suggestions for improving things, management is not interested in streamlining anything. I have never had such an awful experience with an employer.
