Can't think of any off the top of my head

Cons

Nepotism at its finest. Promotion isn't based on merits but based on whether you have the right connection. If you're not related to the board, or sucking up to someone from the top, expect to get nothing from these people. Because of politics and lack of leadership, capable employees are saddled with more work and burnt out with no rewards. At Mele Printing, you are worthless as an ordinary employee.

If you like working overtime, 10-12 hour days and weekends for long periods of time, this is the place for you.

The work environment is still positive because of my supportive co-workers.

Mele Printing has an exhausting work environment. The workplace is stressful and tiring due to the unreasonable demands from the leadership. Employees here are expected to work for extended hours and take on more responsibilities than they should. Also, the pay isn't that great compared to other companies.
