Pros

The company is stocked full of passionate and hardworking people doing whatever it takes to keep the customers happy. Management consistently asks for ideas and feedback regarding improvements and the current state of the company prior to decision making. MemberSuite has been through some ups and downs, but a current walk around the office will show that the atmosphere and employee approval is in a great place. Awesome benefits including unlimited PTO. Overall, it's been a great experience learning from and working with such talented individuals.
