Pros

-Good health care benefits -Very collaborative environment & team -Does allow flex schedule -standard number or PTO days -Snacks and drinks at the break rooms

Cons

-Company really practices the "At Will" employer part. If you do not fit the corporate culture or measure up to the CEO's standards, you could get the pink slip. - No reviews so you have no idea how you are performing. -No structured on boarding or training programs.

Pros

If you're looking to work with a diverse group of some intelligent, funny, and dedicated individuals - look no further. After working with MemberSuite for a year, I can say that it is the best team I've ever been apart of. We work together to achieve our goals which makes coming into work every day so satisfying. The culture is all about work hard / play hard. As a young company, there is no shortage of things to do, so only come on board if you're looking for a challenge. You won't have the time to sit in front of your computer and play solitaire all day. Don't be afraid of the work - you will get the opportunity to do more than you would anywhere else and really develop your skills. Management listens to ideas and you will get to do some really great stuff with your team. As a reward for all of the hard work we throw monthly events, have a masseuse come in weekly, stock the fridge and cabinets with amazing snacks, and have a flexible vacation policy. Your hard work won't go unnoticed. If you're into innovative technology, this company won't disappoint. We're not interested in maintaining the status quo. We're changing the game for technology in the association space.

Cons

Like I said, we're still a young company which means there will be days you work late to meet your deadlines. As with any innovative company, product changes can be uncomfortable, but we know that it is all for greater good of our customers.

Pros

The company culture is great. There are free snacks in the break room, sodas in the fridge, free weekly massages, and a Segway in the office! The HR benefits are also better than other early-stage Atlanta SMBs I've worked for, including medical, dental & vision, 401K, maternity leave, and 20 days of PTO.

Cons

Like with any early-stage company, MemberSuite is trying to move fast and grow rapidly which can present issues with the product, communication silos among teams, and a stressful work-life balance. But I think it's all going to be worth it.
