Pros

The CEO, CTO and COO are fast paced. They are smart, modern thinkers with big dreams. The company is growing quickly and there is a lot of room to move up in your career. They will promote from within. Excellent product filling a hole in the AMS market. Modern software. Excellent health benefits considering the state of our country right now. They pay 80% Relaxed dress code, a lot of snacks, food and drinks for free, massages at work, unlimited/untracked PTO, relaxed work from home policy. Parking at the office is easy, free and safe because it's close to the Dunwoody Police dept. This is 1 of only 3 employers in my past 5 jobs that have treated me ethically for commissions. They have done what they said they would do, and more. Received regular salary raises and a healthy commission plan. They have an anonymous suggestion box that goes to the CEO. He reads your anonymous comment/suggestion at team meetings and answers it, no matter how difficult the question. He is totally transparent in his actions and plans for the future of the company. He is also well known in the industry for his open and honest "CEO Letter" at the start of each year. Consistent in-bound lead flow and effective outbound lead campaigns. Excellent marketing team. Young team with a very diverse culture. Lot's of time to play together. EEO- We have people from all walks of life, all races and all feel welcome here. No cliques!

Cons

Extremely fast paced. If you can't multi-task, do not work here. Change is frequent so if you don't like change or it makes you uncomfortable, do not work here. Deadlines are tight and short, if you can't move fast, do not work here. Changes in HR caused my original paperwork to be lost and filled out again. I don't like the idea that my personal information is floating around out there. Commission bonus is hard to reach Office space is tight

Inexperienced management, no leadership, and extremely unstable.

Pros

Really good people. I don't credit management for this. They have a very open work environment and a marketing leader who if the life blood of team organization (at least when I was there). The struggles of the business keep the staff close.

Cons

CEO is terrible. I'd expect CEOs to have a level of arrogance, but it's a little surprising coming from a small startup. The environment is full of staff fear. When I worked there, 6 people were fired in a month out of 40. There's no clear path for the product. Most of 2015 was dedicated to product stabilization and support (that should tell you something). The product was to be redesigned at least 4 times this year. There's no process. They attempted to implement organization KPIs based on a video the CEO saw on youtube. That failed. It's just a mess. I'd suggest you steer clear unless you're willing to take a huge risk in which the CEO will not support you. I do know people that are successful there and those people are great. I hope for the sake of the staff, the product turns around along with the business leadership. Otherwise, read the consistency of the cons on Glassdoor. There's something there.

Pros

The people. Surrounded by extremely smart & driven individuals. Constantly learning new skills to further my career. This is a culture first environment that has produced a stellar product. Introducing new release that is built around client feedback which is great. Perks are also fantastic for a startup.

Cons

A lot of people wear multiple hats here and that puts stress on these individuals. This is normal for a startup though but I was having trouble coming up with a Con.
