CEO has control issues, thinks he is all things. Everyone afraid to make decisions and would rather run and hide.

Challenging projects. Flexible hours. Fantastic, supportive co-workers! And it's great to have a management team that makes themselves available during all working hours to address any questions and concerns that may come up. They are good about incorporating feedback into their business practices. And they encourage collaboration and thought leadership among all employees.

Cons

The company is working to establish productive, repeatable processes for growth in each department. This can pose challenges with regards to communication of expectations for various tasks/projects.

Very interesting and challenging projects. Great colleagues and leadership. Very friendly atmosphere. Great social life. Management is very appreciative for good work. Overall fun place to work.

Cons

Loud work environment. Have to use headset when several several conversations are taking place in relative small room.
