Pros

MemberSuite offers room for growth and advancement internally. Management cares about overall career goals, and will do what it takes to get you there. With unlimited PTO, the work-life balance is great if used within reason. The company culture is fun and laid back with great people.

Cons

The current work space is tight, and can get pretty loud. However, that is something that is currently being worked out and should be relieved at some point.

Pros

Great place to work, I was very sad to move on - They are very flexible with work schedules - They have unlimited PTO - Employees are empowered to make their own decisions - People are great to work with and are always will to help each other - Free food and beverages - Monthly Massages - They have a Segway! If it was so great they why did I leave? I would only leave them to go works for one of the five big tech companies ... one of the five made me an offer and I could not pass it up. I was very sorry to leave.

Cons

Hard to find any, but ... - No matching 401k (they are working on this) - Office is in a very congested area (lots of traffic)

Pros

MemberSuite has a great team of people and I cannot stress this point enough. They are fun to be around both during and outside of work. They will keep you up when things get rough. It is easy to feel like you know everyone who works here and can easily approach anyone in the office with questions or seeking advice, not something I was able to do at my former larger corporate job. There will never be a time where you feel like you are lost in the machine of a corporate entity. There are always new challenges to overcome which keeps the job fresh and allows you to experience new things even without changing roles in the company. Upper management has an open door policy and you can walk in their office to ask a question. Having a direct effect on how the company is doing has a rewarding feel to it as well. Good health benefits and PTO policy.

Cons

Being a smaller company can sometimes mean that there is no one available to lessen your load. Management does a good job monitoring this and putting process in place to alleviate some of that, but there are definitely times where you need to put in the extra hours to accomplish your task. Depending on your role it can sometimes be hard to take PTO, not because it won't be approved, but because you know that directly affects those you are working with if no one is available to cover your duties.
