Pros

This isn’t just an office but a family. Encourages work life balance and offer employees the flexibility to wfh or take PTO when Life happens. No departmental division, everyone works cohesively together for the greater good Of MemberSuite.

Cons

Health Benefit Plans aren’t as rich in coverage as they use to be. Have switched carriers several times and new HR System isn’t as user friendly as previous ones. Lack of 401k or IRA match program

Pros

Pros: Collaborative work environment. Opportunities for growth and learning. Unlimited PTO. After being here for almost year, I really believe that MemberSuite is on the right track. Because the company is still relatively small, there are plenty of opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and build your experience much faster than if you were working at a larger company. Across the organization, there’s a tremendously cooperative atmosphere and you can frequently find yourself meeting and collaborating on projects with team members from multiple departments. Aside from this, company leadership takes the time to keep everyone in the loop with regards to our future direction and conducts periodic “all-hands” meetings (lunch included) to review the progress we’re making. All in all, working at MemberSuite has been a great experience to date and I’m looking forward to continued growth in the months ahead.

Cons

Cons: No company 401K match

Pros

I have worked in this specific industry many years and I love what I see here at MemberSuite. The department managers are solid positive leaders and are very customer focused.. They seem determined to take this business to bigger and better places and have fun doing it. They have built strong teams in each department and are staying focused on the goals in place. They offer REAL employee perks. Think that actually make your life easier. Like flexible work from home options and unlimited PTO. The focus is on doing great work, meeting the deadlines, and reaching goals - not on micromanaging. As a parent of young children, there are times when school holiday don’t line up well with my work schedule. There have been many days that my kids have hung out on the bean bags playing XBox or watching a movie while I get my work done....They have learned to 1) come prepared for the nerf snipers lurking around the office and 2) if you are well behaved you will get to ride on the Segway before we go home. They beg to come to the office with me! I really enjoy being in the office and working with my co-workers. When you need a break, you can hang in the break room and have a great conversation about your favorite XM radio stations or a great new wine app to try, how to shop for braces for your kid or how to fry a turkey!

Cons

I wish they had 401K matching but I also know that is uncommon in a company this size. Hopefully as they grow they will add this benefit.
