Pros

MemberSuite has a great culture. It is a true team environment where no one will turn you away when you need help. You are treated like an adult. If you get your work done there will be no one breathing down your neck. There is also a high level of interdepartmental mobility that allows for people to grow and pivot their career. Pros

I didn't think companies like this actually existed. The culture at MemberSuite is so much more then just a mission statement or a poster on the wall. You can feel the compassion and excitement from anywhere in the office. The interdepartmental teamwork and the appreciation for one another makes this company different. Some other pros would be: - Flexible schedule & unlimited PTO (adults who treat you like an adult; what a concept!) - Work life balance - Company wide meetings where everyone is provided a platform to speak - Strong senior leadership that welcomes your input

Cons

The only con I have is the lack of 401K matching

Pros

Startup feel. Flexible schedule. Free lunch on occasion and a breakroom stocked with snacks and drinks. There are some very good people within the company.

Cons

The company has gone through struggles financially. They continue to miss goals and struggle to sell. Things can be unstable at times. Turnover is high. The senior management team is questionable at best.
