Pros

Accepting this job was the best decision. It really checks off all my boxes: 1. I love my role. I'm able to bring new ideas and learn new things at the same time. It challenges me and I really enjoy it. 2. Everyone here is very smart, nice, dedicated, passionate, and always willing to help. And although we work really hard, we also like to have fun. 3. It's flexible.

Cons

No 401K matching, but the other benefits are great.

Amazing place to work!

Pros

We can work from home very frequently and yet I find myself wanting to drive into the office anyway. Culture of loving the customer! Service oriented and aim to please the clients. Offices are the entire floor, extremely new and modern. Ambient lighting replaces harsh office lights. Beautiful from the conference rooms and updated restrooms to the new kitchen. Office staff is friendly, relaxed and funny. Executive team will get their hands dirty, including the CEO. Product is being updated and fills a huge gap in the marketplace. Servicing non-profits is challenging, yet rewarding. Encourages you to think creatively and move at a fast pace. High risk equals high reward. Great benefits! Employees hold stock.

Cons

If you need the same routine year in and year out and are not comfortable with change then MemberSuite is not the right fit. Need to be able to drive projects and initiatives forward with your own force, not your managers. The non-profit industry is different than for-profit. Get ready to learn.

Change isn't always bad!

Pros

There's been lots of change here in the last 8 months - and change isn't always bad! Good executive team including the CEO. Lots of flexibility, snacks in the break room and even lunch sometimes! Company events are happening again and morale is definitely on the upswing! We work hard, so it's great to work with good people and have the opportunity to have fun too!

Cons

Some good people have left the organization, but business decisions have to be made and others have decided it was time to move on.
