It says a lot when a company has virtually zero competition but struggles to make money. It’s such a shame because MemberSuite has all the potential in the world.
While there have recently been a couple of excellent hiring decisions on the leadership team, I don’t have faith that it is enough to plug all the holes. It seems that MemberSuite is driven by ego rather than results. It’s an organization where smart, talented, and likable people are let go for questioning leadership, while people who are completely incapable of doing their job remain unnoticed because they are agreeable. And, that is just scratching the surface.
Customers are sold features that don’t exist, and the team is told they are responsible for building them on an impossible deadline. Strategic directions change frequently, making it impossible to gain momentum. Weeks are spent behind closed doors making decisions without team insight. Those decisions are then poorly communicated. It’s common for employees to have no idea what their bosses do, other than occasionally break things. Up until recently, the company's financial situation was kept a secret.
As another reviewer said, "It's a toxic environment and all the kegs in the world won't make it better"
