Pros

Great opportunity to grow within the company. Flexible and relaxed working environment. Great pay/holidays and a promising future. This company is unlike any company I've worked for in a sense of not having anyone hovering down my back to do my job. There is trust and accountability within the company that you will perform accordingly and I love that.

Cons

-Traffic can be hectic in my commute to work. -We can expand our employee base to even out certain work needs.

Pros

Amazing group of people to work with, from your peers to your managers, to executive leadership. Everyone is laid back but also works hard to get things done. Leaders have an open door policy and are always willing to help whenever they can. The company has a great team environment and with the open desks, it's always easy to get questions answered.

Cons

With it being a small company, things move really fast, so it can be difficult to keep up with all the moving parts. It's easy to get distracted so it takes some effort to stay focused and continuously prioritize as new things come up.

There are many, many reasons why MemberSuite is a great company and awesome place to work. Top for me: 1. True focus on customer success and investing in it's employees. 2. Co-workers are smart, driven, and work hard. The overall company culture really embodies a sense of community. 3. Overall great health benefits 4. Transparency - Our CEO really embodies an "open door policy". Anything you want to know from the status of the company to how does this particular software work, he is very hands on and takes the time to explain anything to you. 5. Work Hard | Play Hard - I really enjoy how the company invests in it's employees overall health. With monthly employee outings, monthly massages, a great WFH and PTO policy to allow for employees to take the time off to be with families or handle impromptu issues.

Cons

Fast Pace | Fast Burn - as with any startup company, things tend to move a very rapid pace. You have to be able to switch gears quickly in order to adjust to new client | software demands. It can be a bit overwhelming at times if you are not use to that pace.
