Cons

There are a ridiculous, if not impossible, number of sales goals to reach. The way they track your sales is not accurate and you get flagged for things beyond your control. The branch I worked at was constantly busy and I can see why that branch was always hiring. Lots of turnover as well. Also if you are 1 minute late, you get flagged. Even if it's because the computer takes 5 minutes to load, it's still your fault.

high sales pressure and ridiculous expectations....they pay well so that you cant go elsewhere and then suck the life from you with the expectations and goals
