this place drains you, work life balance in a branch is awful. what your told in training isnt allowed in branch.. bit confusing on what is and isnt allowed across the board

This place will suck the life out of you. They promote managers and high ups based on butt kissing and not actual skill and qualifications. Managers have no education or managerial experience. They like to bully and harass associates that they can’t walk all over. Sales goals are unrealistic and the “incentives” you receive are not worth it. They will work you 10-11 hours a day while management pretty much gets to make their own hours and come and go as you please leaving the branch in shambles. They talk and treat employees like children in a daycare and try to write employees who do not butt kiss up for any little thing. They border the line of illegal activity as well. Not having associates sign write ups or occurrences and give these out without the associate on the receiving end having any knowledge.
