Nice work/life balance, good pay, incentives, bonuses

Cons

When I was there all that mattered were the numbers, not the quality of calls. Also had a ranking system where people would would be in top of the list for being in adherence when the way people got there was not taking breaks and entering fake referrals just so that one could be the top of the list to get the highest incentive payout. Management knew this was happening but did nothing to change or stop it from happening.

Great retirement plan, flexible with schedules.

Cons

Constant increase in goals every year when prior year was already stressful and not easily attainable. Very outdated with systems they do not invest in universal systems that can handle everything.

Cons

Management promises positions they can’t promise, they promise to help develop you and they don’t. Too sales heavy. Opportunities for advancement are slim
