      401k was awesome! Top end equipment to work with.

      Cons

      Managers couldn't manage without HR overseeing everything. It was a nightmare. People in the IT dept don't get along and talk behind each others back and work with HR to get them fired. I was told by my boss to slow down and save some work for the others. I tried to advance my position and I was almost literally jumped on by others out of jealousy. There were a lot people just happy to sit and do next to nothing. So much wasted money on equipment and moving people around. I saw other departments waste more money on toys than I made in a year. It's non-profit gone a muck. Really sad how they waste their members money.

      Pros

      I love working here. You can climb up really fast. This company really allows you to grow as an employee. You can take classes for a higher up position, while I really like. I really like that community involvement is a requirement. My managers has been super supportive and is always willing to help. My team has always back me up when we have some troublesome members.

      Cons

      Depending on the branch location, there can be some drama and cliques. However, overall this doesn't reflect the company as a whole. I haven't had any issues with it. However, there are those who I work with, has complaint to me several time about it.
