401k and Pension ability to move up internally Friendly and helpful coworkers employee benefits competitive pay They really do try and put their members first/

Cons

Some departments lack experience It can be a very fast paced environment, you have got to be able to multitask.

Pros

New employee on-boarding is amazing. We were able to meet the CEO our first day and he was very friendly. Also they have an awesome training program. I felt confident on my first day.

Cons

At my time of employment I wish they had a matching 401k program. That might have changed since I haven’t been there in a couple years.
