Great retirement contribution matching, friendly coworkers/managers, learning opportunities, annual performance incentive, salary is standard

Cons

Lack of consistency among expectations from branch to branch and among departments. A lot of changes happen during short periods of time and can be challenging to adjust to/enforce. Culture and integrity has always been important at Members 1st, but it appears it’s gradually becoming less important as the company grows. PTO package is less than most competing financial institutions.

A true environment of team work. Everyone truly wants to see you succeed.

Cons

It is more than a 9 to 5 position so know that going into it. No bad at all but be prepared to do the job correctly it is absolutely more than a 40 hr work week.
