      Pros

      Easy to learn how to be a teller with no background in banking whatsoever.

      Cons

      Having to walk around the store (some are inside Giant grocery) and pitch a sale to random people trying to get accounts. If goals aren't met you get written up.

      401k was awesome! Top end equipment to work with.

      Cons

      Managers couldn't manage without HR overseeing everything. It was a nightmare. People in the IT dept don't get along and talk behind each others back and work with HR to get them fired. I was told by my boss to slow down and save some work for the others. I tried to advance my position and I was almost literally jumped on by others out of jealousy. There were a lot people just happy to sit and do next to nothing. So much wasted money on equipment and moving people around. I saw other departments waste more money on toys than I made in a year. It's non-profit gone a muck. Really sad how they waste their members money.

      Pros

      Fantastic company to work for. This was my best job experience so far. The company hires an amazing team to work with, and they are very reasonable and personable. This company strongly promoted interior hiring, no matter where you start out. Great hours and solid pay too. They understand you work fr a living, you don't live to work.

      Cons

      Members 1st is only in a small region of this country. It would be nice to see them expand along the east coast.
