Pros

There are some really great clients and managers work hard to make sure that each person fits with their client. The mentorship program is great. Your mentor is at your disposal and they can make or break the beginning of the job. Use and abuse it. Weekly call evaluations are some of the best things at memoryBlue. Comments and critiques are well thought-out and everyone really does work on helping their colleagues become a better sales person. There is a real teamwork aspect in the office and you will grow as a salesperson if you take advantage of it. If you work hard, you WILL leave with a great client as well as leave being a better salesperson. I left 1,000% better than coming in. I have taken what I learned at memoryBlue and apply it to my new job everyday.

Cons

The office is very small and often very loud. This can make getting work done difficult sometimes. Also, due to a lack of sick days and pushy management, people often come into work sick, which spreads like wildfire in a cramped office. Quotas can often be hard to make and the pay really isn't that great. There are some good incentives but you really have to work to get the. It boils down to if you don't put in the work, you don't get the pay. The office is very young, mostly under 25, so the atmosphere tends to be a lot like a frat house. It's a great learning experience if that's not what your used to.

Pros

Hands downs, you won't find a better manager than Nimit Bhatt. He genuinely cares about every single person in the office and never hesitates to block out time in his busy schedule for individuals on his team who need his assistance or advice. He is absolutely delightful and a pleasure to work for and with

Cons

Sometimes it can get a bit noisy

Pros

great environment, coworkers are friendly and a lot of fun is had. i can honestly say i've made some great friend and met amazing people. the pros about working there are much different, the managers play favorite and you only get lucky if you get an easy client. it's 100% cold calling--don't let them tell you otherwise. training is a complete joke, you can literally skip through it and ace the end test. if you're ok with cold calling do this, you'll get a lot of offers... to keep cold calling for other companies

Cons

there are days when it's unbearable. your resources are limited because the company can't afford to pay for enough resourceful accounts for everyone and you are constantly micromanaged. your name is displayed on tv screens with how well (or poor) you do, its childish.
