Pros

You get to learn about a really large variety of companies since they outsource for many different verticals allowing you to understand many different markets from working only one job. Quick path to promotion/elevation as well with many of your coworkers consistently being hired to work for their clients. Great bonus structure allowing you to make as much money as you can work for. The co-founders of the company repeatedly make rounds to every office and get to know all the employees and even couch them!
Cons
Really young very close knit group of people if you find yourself as an outsider I imagine it could be isolating. Always the chance that you could be on a campaign that you aren't super inspired by.
