Pros

Great people with a family environment. Moved to DC knowing no one, and have made some best friends here. Gained experience and expanded my skill set. Recommend to everyone trying to start a sales career.

Cons

May get stuck with a bad client, but still gives you a ton of experience. More product info maybe could help.

Pros

Good pay for fresh college grads, fun company parties, young work environment, experience learning how sales works

Cons

High turnover due to the lack of guidance, Too much horseplay in the office, not enough guidance and training as they promised, Management in the office was immature and made fun of employees (how does anyone think this is ok?)

Pros

-Bottom line: you learn how to sell. Many salespeople that work directly for tech companies learn a lot about IT but don't develop their sales skills to the level that memoryBlue does. Companies are starting to hear about memoryBlue and the next step career opportunities are awesome for employees. -Company culture is great. Very young group of employees and the company hosts fun networking events and happy hours. -If you trust the system and work hard, you will fine tune your selling abilities and meet people that will become valuable assets as you move forward in your technology career.

Cons

-If you get stuck with a difficult client it can make life a lot harder than your peers that get "easier" ones. -Micro-managing was an issue at times.
