      Pros

      Its a great place to learn how to make cold calls, if you have the drive to do so.

      Cons

      The contract is BS, and I feel that it should be eliminated. I also feel that there a few minute details that are annoying.

      Great Launching Pad

      Pros

      It’s a great place for anyone coming out of college or that wants to get started in sales of any kind. There is a great deal that can be learned and those that put in the work can advance their careers a great deal and learn a lot that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. The company culture is fantastic with a lot of great events and a very friendly atmosphere in the office. The pay is decent to start out and there are a lot of bonus opportunities and pay raises for good performers.

      Cons

      Some of middle management is very green and doesn’t know how to help the reps work through problems and deal with difficult situations. Additionally, some clients have unrealistic expectations.
