Pros

I worked at memoryBlue for just over one year. This is exactly the place you want to be to start your sales career. The reason is that you will be given the opportunity to play a major role in the sales process for companies in many different industries, thus giving you experience that you would never receive otherwise. I worked very closely with the management in the Austin office, who are some of the best in the industry and all they want for you is success and upward movement in your sales career. The Co-Founders, Mark and Chris have done a lot for me and my career, and both are incredible people with your best interest in mind. I owe a lot to this company and am extremely grateful for all they've done for me and my career.

Pros

I've received a vast amount of experience from this role and believe I can excel in sales in any industry after working for memoryBlue. The business model is great and there are opportunities to advance internally. The Founders, Marc and Chris, are both awesome and really want their employees to succeed after they leave memoryBlue. This company is great for anyone that is looking for a switch into tech-sales or looking to launch themselves into sales.

Cons

There needs to be more managers in the San Jose office. There is an inequity in the bonus pools and everyone is held to the same incentive goals regardless of the client they are on which means some people easily hit the goals while others never even have a shot. Some SDRs have to juggle two clients, and sometimes even three, while others only have one.
