Pros

The culture is great. There is a ton of team moral and everyone is always keeping each other accountable. Memoryblue definitely gives you the tools and the start you need to progress in technology sales. It allows you to learn the ins and outs of the sales cycle and gives you the ability to learn about a booming industry. If you are looking to break into technology and have a passion for selling Memoryblue is the place to be.

Cons

The only concern that stood out was visibility from upper management was not always there. There were a few too many hoops to jump through when dealing with clients and knowing exactly what the expectations were.

Pros

Great training and culture. memoryBlue gives you the keys to be successful. Follow the process in place and you will do well. Culture is the best I have ever seen (video games, happy hours, team incentives, sports, beer, etc.). Average employee makes 70-80K after working there for 1 year.

Cons

There definitely is some luck in which manager/client you get. This has a big impact on your chance of hitting quota and getting hired out. Have seen some ugly exits with people who decided high tech sales was not the right path for them. Management can also be a little metric obsessive at times.

Pros

Memoryblue is a great place to get started in the fast paced world of high tech sales. The people you meet here are amazing to work with and some of them will become great friends. The attitude here is very work hard, play hard. memoryBlue teaches you skills that will give you an advantage over people in a similiar role. I can't count the the number of times I have heard former employees say "You won't believe how bad the people at this company are at calling". Through all of their training, they do build a very solid foundation for you to succeed at sales.

Cons

This can be a stressful job. There will be days where you don't want to call anyone and you'll want to give up. You will definitely feel defeated at times, but you will be able to power through it and come out stronger. Having a good client also makes a huge difference. Getting put on a difficult account can be a challenging experience.
