Pros

The people that you work with are great. This job gives you the perfect experience into the high tech world. The work ethic that you learn at mB is what is going to make you thrive in your next job. Marc and Chris give you a lot of insight into the company which is always good to hear.

Cons

Sometimes you get unlucky with the client that you get assigned to but it is what you make it. The commission plan changes from time to time and it may be in or against your favor. Some managers have little experience in management so they are trying to learn as they go.

Pros

Management really cares about your success and the model (you can get hired out by a client you are working) is honestly trying to help you get to the next level. My time at memoryBlue has prepped me for literally any sales role and I feel confident on walking into any company and crushing it. The company hires up and comers so the culture is top notch. Everyone has the same mentality "I want to springboard to the next thing" and its a fun competitive atmosphere. Everyone seemed like they threaded the line of "I want to beat you" and "I want to help you" really well. The training was really what sold me at mB. Most companies send you away for two weeks, throw a bunch of swag on you and hope you do well. At mB, training becomes a cultural thing-something that you grow into by trying new things. They have weekly off site training where they bring in SVP of sales, or CEOs and they share their story.

Cons

Cold calling is the main focus there and they make sure it is known. The fact of the matter is, cold calling is not a glamorous start.
