Good pay Great coworkers Teamwork Excellent Patient Care for Patients

Cons

Don't care about there employees if u have an emergency situation they don't care they will fire u and not think twice even if u have never been written up do one thing u are gone this place is not somewhere to think your going to have job security the upper management is not caring or compassionate when u explain and after while the will have fired so many people for small things they won't have anybody to hire

This is a great place to work Nursing Staff, Residents, Housekeeping, and Dietary Awesome Office and Administration not so great.

Cons

The Administrative Staff is not kind to other staff members.
