Pros

Great pay for CNAs and Nurses Low Patient/ CNA ratios: Most patients you will get is 10, normal is 8 Follows State requirements More than enough supplies Shift differentials

Cons

Point system- Very easy to point out Uses PTO without your permission, no matter what the reason for absence Hard to get time off Nit Picks and will write you up based on hear say Policy forever changing to accommodate higher up.

Under new administration for the past year(the old admin was horrible) Great pay Great benefits Friendly environment with good management and employee relationships Organized Treat residents and families with upmost respect Recognition Incentives

Cons

Uniforms for every department. (A con to me but it helps the residents identify us)
