Pros

Good people to work with laterally. Very professional.

Cons

Senior Management has created an atmosphere of blame, anger and fear. They don't value their employees at all. Very high turnover. No paid holidays. Employees are given PTO but it's not nearly enough to cover holidays, sick days and vacation.
