Pros

I met several hard working dedicated people while working at this company.

Cons

The owner treats his staff poorly. He can frequently be heard screaming and yelling at employees when things don't go his way. I was overworked and under paid for what I was doing. You will have zero work life balance. Raises are few and far between. The vacation benefits are terrible. The office space is too crowded and there is no break room.

Friday treats - with an open office environment. Benefits seemed on par with other companies.

Cons

Many long hours with minimal support. Quite a bit of micromanagement from above. Management initially agreed to verify employment hours for NCARB registration after I left the company, then later refused to respond to emails for months afterwards. After which, the 6-month reporting window closed and was unable to receive credit for any hours worked while at Menemsha. If you are working on licensure or reciprocity, I would think twice about starting with this company. The refusal to sign off on legitimate, factual hours worked while employed (regardless of the employee's departure from the company) is professionally unethical.

Great people to work with, Everything you need is there when needed. Owner and uper manegement is on it very well ran company i look forward to growing with Menemsha team. Both offices great people.

Cons

Vehicle allowances could be better.
