      It's all about the children! Helping them makes all the other bs okay most days!

      Cons

      Management lacks leadership capabilities. Salaries are below the average. Benefits are poor unless you are fulltime. Senator who??? Never met him or seen him.

      None that I have noticed.

      Cons

      Management is unknowledgeable as far as leadership responsibilities go. HR is of no assistance. When called upon for help they have no clue where to begin. They pride themselves that they can keep your information confidential, then turn around and repeat everything to your supervisor. You feel hopeless with no one to trust. Directors lie to parents and to school districts promising things that never will materialize.
