      Pros

      Pay isn't bad but the level of work continues to grow all the time. There are a lot of wonderful people at this company and management is always easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Truck coordinators seem to always have the most work. Every other department wants them to do their jobs for them. Also the drivers like to place a lot of the blame for issues on the coordinators

      Great assets employee commitment is excellent.

      Cons

      Overall the company needs modernized. Some of the independent agents need to retire and allow for growth. The female to male ratio in management is not a fair playing field.

      Great life/work balance. great people. Kind of easy, which is nice, but also not rewarding...

      Cons

      Low pay. Good for a entry level to gain experience and then move on. No room for advancement.
