Friendly employees, decent rates, and been around a long time.

Cons

The IT department is terrible. Things never work when they're supposed to. No one ever held responsible even though they affect our livelihood. Management gets a bad reputation but seem to try to be fair if you do the same.

Cons

On some occasions there is a lack of communication which causes confusion among dispatchers. The HR ladies are very rude and condescending.

Really lousy rates, and when they get done ambushing your settlements your not really left with much to survive on. Its all about them not about your sucess
