      Mercury could be a great company however senior executives are out of touch and company is worsening by the year.

      Great balance with work and time off Good Benefites OK pay however bonus' poor in last 5 years Nice Christmas bonus Great work schedule

      Losing 10% of revenue per year over last 4 years 2 rounds of layoffs in 2 years Senior management cannot seem to determine a viable coarse. Poor IT systems Poor customer service due to processes.

      Great place if work in CA for Corporate Office.

      Pros

      Left alone to get job done, with minimal management intervention.

      Cons

      Corporate office continued to take responsibilites from the remote offices, and not listening to the technical staff at remote offices which resulting in a lot of quality employees leaving Mercury.
