      They pay on time. Offices are clean.

      micromanagement. back-stabbing. lack of support. lack of knowledge. favorites are protected. layoffs just completed.

      Pros

      They were a good company to work for as a stepping stone. They paid a decent salary and gave decent benefits. There were some opportunities for advancement if you had higher education.

      Cons

      Management can be very unprofessional and incompetent depending on the department and location. Advancement opportunities were limited, especially if you were valuable to the department you were in. I was denied and/or delayed promotions due to stellar performance in my position.
