      Over reaching

      Pros

      Some of the people are passionate about the products. When the products do get released, they are fine.

      Cons

      Not so great leadership and if there is a great leader, they lay them off. I went through 4 RIF (Reduction in Force). They laid off top engineers to save money but there demand production to maintain. This is unrealistic. I don't know how they are holding on.

      Poor Upper Management and Chief Engineering

      Pros

      People in the trenches really cared about get the product out the door to protect those who protect us.

      Cons

      Upper management moved up to quickly without understanding where they came from. They need to realize the employees are not naive about what the end game is with the current CEO. The CEO is a relative of the fund group and has sold off companies in the past.

      Questionable job security

      Pros

      Coworkers are realty great to work with.

      Cons

      Managers are good, but appear to have thier hands tired to give raises, promotion to join title, or hire anyone. Lay offs every 6 months without managers knowledge of who is let go.
