Pros

I couldn’t speak more highly of the staff and leadership at Mercy Plus. Whenever I have needed support inside or outside the job, they’ve been like family to me. I’ve advanced my understanding of ABA in ways other jobs simply couldn’t offer. Every month our operations staff go out of their way to show support and appreciation for the people they employ. They’re open and welcoming to any concerns I’ve ever had. They’ve gone above and beyond in every way possible- really couldn’t ask for a better job.

Cons

The nature of the work itself can be emotionally difficult at times. It’s something you’re either built for or you’re not built for. If you’re on the fence about this line of work, it isn’t for you. However, the company itself has no cons.
