On the job training is disheveled and the steady schedule originally promised is quickly thrown out the window. Office manager makes remarks against staff who are balancing family and work.

Pros

I'd love to say workplace security. Nope. I have expensive insurance but it is good. If I actually used it. I get a paycheck. That's a pro. The real pro is helping patients. Being a shoulder to cry on. Wonderful co-workers in some areas.

Cons

It's not fun every August to expect a pink slip. It's not fun to be asked to grade your charity work off the clock. My time my business. Besides bragging on charity isn't what the Bible says.
