      Sales Manager does not have a real estate license and they make all Realtors do their job

      Pros

      Management never checks to see if you're working great software system so they can you make your sales numbers great. No one checks on you daily

      Cons

      Management has no clue what they're doing so there's no support for agents at all in the sales manager does not even have a real estate license so does not know the law

      nobody knows what they are doing so you could get promoted quickly.

      Cons

      Run if you want to make money. Poor land positioning, not enough inventory on the ground, build time beyond 6 months, poor leadership. Atlanta office is a mess-you will not make money in sales. Period. "Thriving" communities average 2-3 sales per month...lack luster for new home sales.

      paycheck, nice corporate office, good location

      Cons

      Worst place in the world to work for new home sales professionals. 25 min needed to fill in the registration the way the owner wants. Managers treat you like slaves and want you to say nothing, but want you to be assertive with prospects, Shop you to death. Very clickish, managers the worst I have seen in 25 years in industry, just want numbers, change incentives weekly. Really bad health insurance. The sales people there are always scared to death. So is construction
