Changing business model.

Pros

They build nice homes for first-time buyers, with great floor plans, and excellent energy efficiencies.

Cons

Management undervalues experienced sales counselors and sees everyone as easily replaceable. So far this year our pay has been cut twice, could happen again before the year is over. In addition to being overstaffed, they're still hiring more, they don't care if there are 5 people for each community. In the last several months many experienced people have quit, seeing that the new business model will be a losing proposition.

Pros

Stability of a large company

Cons

Treated like a cog in the wheel. They didn't seem to care about you as a person. You were replaceable at any time.
