Pros

Potential to make good money if you are in a good community, and don’t have construction or land development delays. Good product as far a box builders go.

Cons

Very high turnover in sales department. They are constantly having to hire new salespeople, 14 or 15 salespeople (lost count) quit in a year that should tell you something. No work life balance, excessive micromanagement, overall toxic culture. Tons of admin work is dumped on salespeople. Pay structure should be base + commission not all commission with how much work is demanded of you that is not selling.
