      Pros

      They care about employees. Its like working for family. Great pay and opportunities to make more. All the overtime (time and a half and double time) you can want. Excellent compensation benefits.

      Cons

      Some weeks we work as much as 66 hours. Average is 55 a week. 12 hour days can get very tiring.
