I loved our manager, great coworkers, great pay wage and weekly pay.

Cons

There were not enough hours for me. Had a lot of days off. Sometimes the routes were long. Long distances from each house.

-Opportunities to make more money through the bonus program and being promoted to captain -Fairly lenient with college students -Improves customer service and communication skills -1 Paid Vacation Day earned for every 50 days of working -Extensive and professional knowledge on cleaning most areas of a house

Cons

-Different schedule every day, schedule is often overloaded due to lack of employees -No company cars, so your vehicle receives lots of wear and tear -No set hours- some days you get off at noon, others at 6 PM -Commission pay- It doesn't matter how long you work that day, only the number and price of houses -Customers often complain because they don't get a consistent team, but the office makes that decision -Terribly understaffed and underpaid
