Pros

Decent benefits and rare pension plan that helps your 401k. Most coworkers were helpful and enjoyable to work with. Interesting products and industries they go into

Cons

Poor leadership and unclear direction. Management often changed priorities without warning and then blames employees when things went wrong. Get everything in email writing from management because they will change their mind on decisions made. You will do work outside of your job description because there aren't enough people to do the work. Certain employees are very grumpy and project their own issues on others which makes it a tough environment to learn and grow. Meetings on top of meetings because management doesn't have the knowledge and don't trust employees to make decisions. The environment can get pretty toxic and some managers will wear you down mentally because of their narcissism. Pay is very average for how much work you are expected to complete.

Pros

Fair compensation; there are still many talented and supportive individuals within the organization, though they are discreet about their support for fear of blunt and rough retaliation.

Cons

If you are considering joining this company, I would advise caution. The work environment can be quite challenging, particularly for those who wish to introduce new ideas or suggest improvements. Employees who raise concerns about old management practicies, presenteism, toxicity or the risk of burnout may find themselves marginalized and even fired. There is also a tendency for some colleagues to question the abilities of those who speak up, often in indirect ways. Unfortunately, while the company promotes strong values and has established strong values on paper, HR processes and talent or L&D programs, these are not always reflected in daily interactions. The implementation of these policies appears superficial, and it is unclear whether their effectiveness is regularly evaluated. There are certain toxic people, especially in HR departement, that are actively contributing to humiliate and downgrade people and they are not sactionned, moreover they are even promoted by HR higher management. The business has reapetedly signalized this behavior but they are not listened at all. The number of victims raises, everyone knows, the toxicity has its place in the very departement that should support people.
