      good place for a bit..then move on

      Pros

      excellent reputation in the industry which allows for the ability to work with great clients. beautiful surroundings and some really nice people.

      Cons

      culture is too much like a club. the few at the top dont see the value in the others around them and some of the key talent has been there way past their prime. some producers are too junior to handle the responsibilities given to them. limited room for growth.

      Pros

      The project work is fabulous. There's a lot of variety of exciting work across many different industries. You get to do blue sky concept work for the most forward-thinking global companies. People are friendly, wonderful office culture.

      Cons

      Long hours. Not a huge focus on employee value or retention. No clear long-term company strategy or executive vision.

      Pros

      Some of the most kind, talented, interesting, enjoyable people I've ever worked with, work at Method. The work is interesting. We have lots of autonomy for our work and flexibility for our life. No in-office mandate. "Unsick" days, in addition to regular PTO & sick leave. Healthy, flexible learning budgets each year.

      Cons

      Pay isn't equitable nor transparent, and there's a pattern of pay being frozen- sometimes raises, sometimes bonuses. There are also some lingering post-merger politics.
