      Pros

      It's remote, the people and the perks are great. We get insurance. Sums it up.

      Cons

      Method is owned by another company that calls all the shots. That means you can work here for a long time without a raise or a promotion. If you don't like to grow in your career, this is the place to be.

      Pros

      Method is the best place I've worked in my career. It's a team of smart, collaborative humans solving complex and interesting problems for some of the world's biggest brands. Lots of autonomy and trust and compensation packages are relatively competitive from what I've seen in the industry. I have and will continue to recommend Method to friends and colleagues as a great place to work.

      Cons

      Despite Method's great team and culture, it's still consulting, which comes with some downsides that are not for everyone. Not all clients are going to be great partners, but Method controls what it can control, and leadership is empathetic to the needs and career aspirations of team members, and in my experience makes an effort to staff projects accordingly.

      Pros

      Smart, talented, modest people. Client work that many studios would kill for. No marketing work, this place is a pure product and brand design studio. People are trusted and given autonomy.

      Cons

      There's something missing, a lack of urgency, of leadership, of motivation. No body is driving the company forward, so it doesn't feel like an energetic place. Shame.
